Don't deny that he should have played, but if you can't read defenses...


know your own offense, protections, checks, etc. it might have made things a lot worse. But yeah, at that point Fromm was so off that we were going to lose anyway. I get that. But, there is a lot more to being a QB than just running and throwing and the coaches get to see all of that. Could Fields have won us the game, maybe. But he could have also made some mistakes that would put the game out of hand even earlier. We were just outplayed and you hope we grow up over the next two weeks.
