Probably the right decision for all of them
Nauta's game projects to translate very well to the NFL. He's projected as a 3rd rounder, which is pretty good for a TE, and it's unlikely he'd be able to improve his draft status that much with another year.
Holyfield had a breakout season, and still has a lot of tread on the tires for the NFL. GMs like that. Plus this does not look to be one of the stronger RB classes, so it's good timing for him.
Ridley had a breakout season as well. He led the team in receptions, yards and TDs, and actually ranks in the top 10 or so WRs in a pretty deep WR class. He'd be hard pressed to improve on that production, so he's probably smart to strike while the iron is hot.
The NFL knows all about Mecole's athleticism and breakaway speed, and his surprising physicality. He's probably the closest to being on the fence on staying vs going, but in the end his risk of injury probably outweighs the likelihood of his draft stock improving significantly.
Best of luck to all of them. Yes, DGDs all!
