Actually think with the players that were healthy and eligible.......

We did NOT underachieve for last 2 years. I think some argument could be made in several of the other years as well. We are on verge of winning 20 games in a 2 year period with 4 of the losses occurring without the best player on our team not playing. (2 would be best player in COUNTRY and 2 perhaps best player in SEC) Suspensions and injuries certainly have crippled us last 2 years.

If Richt would have put together an equivalent staff to his 2014 staff earlier and been better at roster management earlier he would be handed the job over to Bobo in 2017 or 2018 averaging 10-11 wins a season. Probably not a national championship but 1-2 more wins a season.

His staff and roster management did him in more than anything, both something he could have managed better.
