While I think it is a good idea to keep some of the coaches from

the old staff, I wonder will there be a difference in work environment? If so, how will the old staff be able to handle it? Rumor was that one of the problems with Pruitt was he was used to getting in to start work early and he ticked some off by letting it be known. I am thinking that CKS will not be quite as laid back as CMR.
