Fox, like Richt, had done a VERY good job at UGA
UGA is in a much much much better place than it was before he took over. He has reached his peak though. Having a bubble team sneak into the tournament once every 3-4 years and putting competitive teams on the floor in the other years is much better than what UGA was pre 2009. But it isn't where UGA could or should be. Fox was the right coach to take that leap in the right direction. Now a coach that can take UGA over the hump to become a serious competitor on an annual basis
