Well, I'm not arguing with your assumption. I basically agree with it.
And though I'm an ex pub, I still vote mostly pub, I am glad to see the dumpster fire. The whole party needs a change. The only outlet a person like me has is to vote against the establishment. It appears a majority of pubs have just begun to do that this year. However, that means voting against an entrenched establishment with big ties to corporate money. I fear in four years, they will have figured things out and fool the American public for another twenty years.
For this, I blame the media which seems to only go for got you stories instead of true reporting.
The dems are nothing like the pubs this year. But watch out. There is now a divide coming between black and white voters. The white vote is as liberal as anything I've seen in my lifetime. The black vote still votes in a bloc to further there causes. Dems have tied themselves completely to socialism, black entitlement, and illegal immigration. Add in a pub party is tied to the upper 5% of the population and you have a large electorate with little to no representation. Something will eventually burst.
