Any Mac users here?


And has anyone "up"graded to El Capitan OS X?

I've got a Mac that's about 5 years old and just installed the new OS. Now everything takes 10 times as long (no I'm not exaggerating - it takes about 3 or 4 minutes to redraw a google map page!) and I need to reboot 3 or 4 times a day. I've heard horror stories about reinstalling a previous OS on a mac, so I'm wondering if El Capitan just bricked my mac.

If anyone here is experienced with Mac's, can you recommend anything?
