I have it in both knees,but I can walk pretty good,
but when I sit down it nearly kills me to get up. Funny how that works,
I didn't do good on number 3 for awhile.,but sometimes you just have to
bite the bullet and trudge on.
I'm sure you have plenty of backbone, so just tell yourself it's something
you have to do.
