No, I haven't heard of them but...
Obviously, there have been some decent gains regarding solar energy the last few years. I got an estimate to go solar, and almost did. It was about $27,500.00, then I would get a $7,500.00 tax credit. My highest electric bill in this house was in August of (I can't remember which year), probably 2009, or 2010. It was $275.00. If I took the low interest loan at $130.00 per month (can't remember how many years), and added what my current electric bills would've been, I would never pay more than about $150.00-$175.00 per month total. That wasn't a good enough reason to take the deal. I could pay cash for the solar install, but I don't like taking that $ out of the bank, once I put it there.
Plus, at 60 years old, I wasn't sure I wanted to deal with it.
