It was little more than a cook out.


He told the recruit and his family to lie ahead of time and then he himself lied to the NCAA. The NCAA later found more violations and some kind of problem with a Vol failing a drug test.

Throw in his less than professional behavior at Iowa back in the 1980's. I can understand what he was trying to do at Iowa, but he didn't handle that very well.

There are a lot of Auburn people that live around me, a couple of them big donors, and to a man they all think that Pearl will get fired at the end of this season.
