Do we get that up and coming hot coach like the guy who left Butler for NBA.. or do we get an NBA guy like bama did in Avery Johnson??

I know the Kirby hire in FB was a no brainer.. but this seems a little more of a crap shoot... I dont want some of the things that come with hoops recruiting... wanna win clean... but.... yeah...
