Personally,

I've yet to meet a single person that qualifies as you described. I've certainly heard all the horror stories, but in my circles, I've not met one!And I deal with both public and private sector employees,As far as rate increases and a deductibles are concerned, mine stabilized. Before ACA they grew every year!Sooo,.
