Tubby is 66 and cannot recruit well enough to be at a major school. His best option would be to go to an A-10 school or something. Solid conference usually gets 2-3 bids. But a large gap from the big 7 conferences.

He actually did a pretty solid job at Minnesota and they never should have fired him. But since then he's done average at best. It's not the great Tubby Smith from 15 years ago
