My New Head UGA Men’s Basketball Coach – Selection Criteria:

Men’s Head coach Basketball Qualification Requirements:

Recent, relevant, successful college or higher, Men’s basketball experience.
Recent, relevant, successful college recruiting experience at the highest level of previous non-professional basketball experience.
Recent, relevant, successful in recruiting any fully qualified basketball prospect, locally, regionally, nationally, or internationally.
Recent, relevant, successful experience in serving as “a Champion” of High School, Prep School, etc. teams; e.g. an Ambassador of youth basketball.
Recent, relevant, successful experience in recruiting a staff of 100% successful recruiters as staff, including Quality Analysts.
Set high expectations and standards; e.g. a bunch of team goals or objectives of with an achievement or 80% or better,

Qualification Preferences:

Recent, relevant, successful experience in getting the UGA administration, UGA basketball alumni, UGA alumni, UGA fans and prospects to serve as UGA Basketball advocates.
Whenever possible be actively present at UGA’s women’s basketball games because the moms and sisters of prospects notice, and it is usually free.
Build the UGA Basketball fan base, “Pack the House.” The “costs” are always secondary. Push hard for games and times that are good for the fans first; TV is not a leader, it is truly a follower.
