Don't
He can recruit. And he can coach. He took Butler to the NCAA his only year there, and won a then school record 24 games. He went to Xavier and went to the NCAA every year there. He won a then school record 26 games all three years there as well. Then he went to Ohio St. They were ineligible for the NCAA his 1st year there, but he went 9 of the next 10 years including a runner-up, a final four, an elite eight, and a couple sweet sixteen appearances. The one year he didn't go, he won the NIT. And remember, Ohio State is a football school.
His health problems hampered his last 2 years there, but if he's recovered, hire the man. Get him over to the Shepard Spinal Center as part of his contract - if anyone can straighten him out, it's them - and watch the wins roll in.
