wanting any part of him when his name was mentioned to replace Richt. I think Mullen is a good coach. Solid coach. Great coach for an MSU. But let's face it, that offense he runs is horrid. Not that it can't be effective but it's a one-read-qb-dive-rpo. If the primary receiver is covered, qb runs up the gut. Sure, you can pick up 3 yds that way against an avg defense but a good defense can shut this thing down. Not to mention the need to have a TE playing QB that can take getting hit 40 times a game. So yeah, Mullen will have UF playing solid ball but they will be stuck in a Richt-like mediocrity while he's there.
