There were mistakes by Fromm (like short pass in the flats), some opportunities missed by WRs (drag that foot, Mecole, and we have a TD) and of course Chaney made some head scratchers. In light of all this, you may be shocked to know WE WON. We have some really tough players that DO NOT give up... but if we're going to make it to another title game and perhaps even win? We'll need more. Bama looks tough on D. If Tua goes down, they will be average on O. Hurts is good but they won't have that spark.
But we have to beat Tennessee, LSU, Florida and Auburn first. No small task. Kentucky won't be a pushover either. This is going to be a rough remainder of the year. Even if we win big in all those games, I'll still be a nervous wreck. For now, I'm heading to the front porch. There's a dog and some Woodford Reserve awaiting my company there.
