is visiting LSU but is in UGA plans:

"One prospect who will be visiting and intently watching to see how LSU defends the Rebels’ passing attack is 2020 cornerback Elias Ricks of California. Ricks (6-2, 180) is a five-star prospect and considered by many to be the nation’s best cornerback prospect in his class. He’s being heavily recruited by LSU, USC, Georgia, Florida, and Alabama, and says distance is not a factor."
