Indeed. This call was crazy on three levels

1 it was low percentage to begin with. At the most critical juncture of a critical game.

2 totally incomprehensible given the way the last botched fake punt went and the impact it had. Really Kirby? REALLY?

3 and on top of it all, bama comes out in 'safe' but Kirby doesn’t have the awareness or the sense to abort

As much as Kirby preaches accountability, awareness, perfection etc it just really looks bad. I’m telling y’all this one is going to leave a mark
