Not Nationally, but they have in conference


According to 24/7, they haven't had a top 10 class in the last 3 years (20, 18 & 11). But in conference, they have out-recruited everyone else in the ACC except Clemson and Miami. Yet they continue to take @$$ whuppin's from ACC also-rans on the regular.
