given a formula and forms to fill out on all the cost of "essentials", etc. in the city where the college is located. Supposedly, that was to keep things fair. I'd say UT, AU and Miss cheated. As usual, imo. UGA did not.

It does need to be across the board.

What should have been done, is the SEC (or all power schools) should have done their own research on each city for COL, etc. and come up with an avg number for all instead of letting the schools do individually on their own. And there should have been an SEC or independent "auditor" type if something looks suspicious. And looking at the numbers, there are definitely suspicious numbers with some.

But until you get some players saying this is the reason, I doubt the SEC will do anything, unless ADs and coaches complain. LOUDLY.
