Recruiting and roster managment have been the issue.......

I had long post about it below, but having a fully stocked 85 player roster with depth spread out across the board has been biggest issue from getting us to 9-3 to 11-1 or 12-0.

The coaching staff we had in 2014 was as good as any in country. If they would have had Alabama's 2015 roster, they would have won the National Championship.

We have not had a complete roster to complete for championships. Clearly that is responsibility of head coach.

All the other stuff spouted around here - play calling, special teams, decision making, strength and condition, practice schedules, desire to win is WAY behind recruiting and roster management and also behind key injuries and suspensions.

Richt and company did many of those items better than he was given credit, our lack of roster management and key recruits cost us in to many seasons.
