Fox has elevated the program to make it a much more attractive job

It is never going to attract the top tier coaches. But ADGMs first calls should be to Archie Miller and Ben Jacobson. Both are great coaches, young, and UGA could offer them both a ton more money and resources to win than their current jobs. Gregg Marshall would be a waste of time. He would never come to Athens.
