Not too much at all. With all of McGarity's negatives, he has done a good job of making sure buyout clauses are pretty reasonable.

And with all the criticism of Fox, he has still taken UGA from the bottom of the poop filled toilet to a middle of the SEC program. His issue is this is probably his peak. That is why it is time to move on. He has still done a great job for UGA basketball to get them to where they are. He just has limitations on being able to get UGA to the next level
