Sometimes you wonder why we don't seem to recruit a player very hard that is fairly highly rated. Sometimes you find out later that the player may be an attitude problem or worse.

I remember going to the 2010 game at South Carolina. There are a couple of Georgia fans that display their program collection for games involving the team that we are playing that day. Usually goes back several decades and is pretty impressive.

That day they were set up on a sidewalk outside of Brice-Williams. While I was looking at the collection there was a man there wearing Gainesville High School stuff and loudly denouncing Georgia and Richt for not recruiting a Gainesville LB named AJ Johnson. Almost like a street preacher. Yep, the same AJ Johnson that was kicked off of the Tennessee team for rape charges and is involved in the current situation.

I guess sometimes you know and sometimes you don't when recruiting players.
