However, you can regulate the amount of cayenne. I'm attempting to remove myself entirely from prescription meds because many are just poison to the human body. Cayenne is great for lowering your BP, while acting as an anti-inflammatory.

I took myself off statins nearly a year ago after I developed rhabdomyolysis and damn near died!...Of course, big Pharm along with the Docs that are on their hook will never admit to this "little" side effect....Now I'm working on getting the BP med.....

Between Big Pharm and AgriFarm, we are slowing being poisoned off for the all mighty $$$$.
