I don't care. The only reason this is a federal offense is because of a bad law congress enacted to ensure EQUAL rights for all athletes.
If a program can't make it on it's own, then the university has to subsidize it. Thus, charge more for programs that are popular (football, basketball in some areas).
The law should be revoked and programs should stand and fall on there own.
