But let's get all this bad publicity when all he did was not have proper license on him and wasn't wearing seatbelt. No mention of drugs, alcohol, insurance, etc. Yet, he goes to jail.

I hope Kirby doesn't think he needs punishment. But have a meeting telling all of them, if from out of state, you better get GA license.
