Jenkins decommitted. Interesting development

given that we're in on several highly rated WR's and the recruitniks have been wringing their hands about how UGA could fit the bulldog leans into this class. Could be the staff was showing Jenkins less attention as a means of creating room for Webb, Holloman, Collins, etc.
