address this issue - at least based on what I understand to be true.

It will be interesting to note if either governing body supports the "Student Athlete" AFTER they have graduated in this case.

As I see it - currently they can now transfer up in college classification or transfer down in classification but can not transfer to any designated school within their current college classification.

Do I have that right?
