I appreciate your passion but I've gotta disagree with "close to this bad"

Just based on score differential:

2003 SEC Championship (LSU): L 34-13
2006 UT: L 51-33 (Outscored 37-9 in second half!!!!)
2007 UT: L 35-14 to unranked team (not this close)
2008 Bama: L 41-30 (Down 31-0 at half)
2008 Florida: L 49-10 (Ouch)
2009 UT: L 45-19 to unranked team
2009 Florida: L 41-17
2010 Auburn: L 49-31 (Wasn't this close)
2011 Boise State: L 35-21 (Wasn't this close)
2011 SEC Championship (LSU): L 42-10 (Wasn't this close)
2012 South Carolina: L 35-7 (Down 21 after first quarter, wasn't this close, were down 35-0 until last minute, we were ranked #5)
2014 Florida: L 38-20 (Wasn't this close, we gave up 418 yards rushing)
2015 Alabama: L 38-10 (Down 24-3 at half. Wasn't this close, we were ranked higher)
2015 Florida: L 27-3 (Wasn't this close, down 20-0 at half, We started our 3rd string QB who never played in a game, we never saw him again, he's a dual-threat QB but they didn't change the offense to fit his skill set, he threw approximately 2000 INTs)

Kirby could be a huge failure. Absolutely. But 4 games is not time to panic. If after 3 or so years there is no progress he will be fired along with the AD. This is the situation we are.

You can absolutely be bummed about today's game - I am - we all are - but to not at least realize Richt was subject to these same types of games is misguided.
