Entirely new staff (other than the DL coach) you're going to have adjustment issues and learning curves. The new staff isn't changing the basic offensive and defensive philosophies but there are a thousand details they are/will/ have changed, both about practice, schemes, game planning, techniques, etc. Add to that the 'buy in' factor about players understanding what the coaches want, embracing it, trusting it, being comfortable with it, etc. and you have the normal first year adjustment problems. A lot of folks seeemed to think this would be a seamless transition but a lot of changes are taking place.
