The guy that got the celebration penalty should run until game time!

There is absolutely no excuse for that.

Penalties happen when u are trying and can be excused. But there is no excuse for a clown getting a penalty for celebrating. None.

Any excess penalty should be dealt with severely. Had that been done in the past we probably don't lose this game.
