Note is one guy's comment about why the staff isn't doing what we might call adapting to this year's weaknesses for a short term gain vs working on the long term. Hard to swallow but it's good to hear someone that knows what they're talking about say it. Frankly it's also what got richt fired. He had gotten to the point of constantly patching holes with band aides to win enough games without actually improving the team. It's just gonna suck as a fan to have to watch the tear down and rebuild.
