He signed a financial aid agreement, not a scholarship...


It binds the university to the player, but not the player to the university. He can still sign a scholarship to any school in the country. He won't, bc he's all Dawg, but there's a huge difference.

The only time you can sign scholarships is if you graduate early from HS, then you can sign in December, or else wait until Feb on or after National Signing Day. Fromm is a stud. Should be a 5* on every service.
