...yet they continue to sign elite high school WRs every year. Just last year they signed 3 of the top 20 WRs in the country, 2 of which were in the top 10. That's unreal.

Been reading the auburn fan reactions this week, many want Gus fired and the main reason seems to be his poor QB recruiting & development. White, even when healthy, is only a mid-level college QB, who isn't really fit for that system. The auburn fans are rightly incredulous that their #2 QB is a guy who, very literally, can not throw the football. (He's also a 1st class diva. For some reason.) Their #3 QB showed last year he's one of the biggest busts/jokes in SEC history. That's why Gus had to play White hurt. And evidently he's been lying about White's injury, and their fans are pissed about that too.

Gus is a hs coach running a hs system. Luckily, he has great defensive coaches with some elite defensive talent. He also has good talent on offense everywhere but QB. The minute that defense starts playing a level under awesome Gus will be gone. He had one foot out the door earlier this year. That replay change at the end of the LSU game saved his job & got The Hat fired instead.
