And we hired Smart to change that.


Maybe he will change that next year, but we aren't paying him over $3 million to get the same results as before.

No coach should be immune from being evaluated every year including his first. Certainly the grading scale is different in year 1 than year 10, but Smart should be evaluated by how he did from game one through game twelve.
