I think you have it. Just hate it for both Carter and UGA.

Seemed like a high character and high ability kid that really wanted to come to Georgia. Not every day you tell the #7 RB in America that you don't have room but it does bode well for what the staff believes to be in line for the slots we do still have. Hope Carter has a great career at Texas.
