We fans had to be clued in this year (as the season unfolded) as to just how bad our OL situation was in general. More specifically, just how bad our OT situation was, as Richt left us disastrously, almost criminally, with no serviceable SEC tackles at all. (Pyke can now go back to G for the NFL.)

Kirby knew all this from the start. Thank goodness.
