If Williams was 5'10" he'd be a 5*

Would love to have Williams. But the cocks are recruiting him as their #1 DB target in a class of about 6 or 7 DBs including several JUCOs. Telling him he'll be a starter Day 1. We're not going to tell a sub 5'8" guy that. We want him as an all purpose guy Day 1. Maybe down the road he develops into a primary corner, that would be great. But he would be an outlier at that height. Speed is 6 inches or so taller & is a priority for us as a pure CB over Williams.
