I wonder how much Striklin's record this year affects GM

Some say the decision on GM has already been made, he's gone, he's getting another year, who knows. But CSS was one of his high profile hires, and he's been a bomb. Diamond Dawgs lost their starting rotation, but supposedly they're his deepest team yet. I just wonder if their success/failure this year could have any affect on the brass.
