When he fails again next year, even if a new AD (fingers crossed) fires him, we'll still be the biggest idiots in the world for keeping this guy 9 years. A great line from that article:

"Any team in the SEC is one quality hire plus one or two big recruits away from being the second best team in the conference..."

Good grief, that is so true, and there are loads of big recruits nearby EVERY year. This is not an 8-9 year building process to a decent team.
