McEars at his best... I see folks logic with regards to

A possible strategy of replacing the baseball coach this year and not wanting to replace both coaches in same year. McEars is not that smart nor creative... and what happens if baseball comes to life and plays well the rest of the season? Is he going to replace Fox during the summer?

This is typical of his inability to be a leader. We have a dud for an AD and there is no other way to put paint on this pig. He us inept with his job and with the fans. How does he have a job at this point in time?
