42.7 is still nothing to write home about
He has a solid mid range J. I wouldn't say great. He can't create enough for himself to be great. He's a very good foul shooter and rebounder and would be a solid spark off the bench on a good team.
Harris is just a more talented basketball player and a better athlete. A freshman vs a 4th year player... Really besides rebounding and foul shooting, Parker had no clear cut edge over Harris in any regards. He scored more ppg, but in more than double the shots per game as well and over 10 more minutes per game. Yes, Harris was weak with ball a bit this year. He made some sloppy passes and had some bonehead turnovers... But he's a freshman.
Not saying that THIS SEASON Parker shouldn't have gotten a few more minutes than Harris.. But not as wide of a margin as it was. Parker is going to average 30 min/game next year. Harris will probably average 15-20. Not because he's not good. Because Fox is clueless on that front.
