Isn't ADGM the one who's giving other coaches something to "play with," through his poor performance?

I'll never understand this logic that if one pretends a problem doesn't exist, it will magically go away on its own.

ADGM is clearly doing a poor job for the university. If somebody doesn't point it out in the media, there will be no pressure to resolve the problem.
