Where does a Fields commitment leave our depth chart next yr?

Let's assume Eason holds on to the #1 this year but Fromm gets quality minutes and does well. Next year, most likely Easons last, do we RS Fields and keep getting Fromm playing time behind Eason in what is most likely Easons least year? And if so, do we rinse repeat for 1 year with Fromm starting and a RSFrosh Fields getting similar significant playing time behind Fromm for one year?
