Heard an interview with Tom Herman recently about
Staying hydrated. Apparently he has a rule that all his players must have their water bottle with them all the time. He says since he started this, he has almost zero soft tissue injuries. Why does this seem like the most common sense thing in the world? He was telling a story about how he severely punished some stud Texas player during spring practice for not having his water bottle.
I guess I'm bringing this up because it seems like Georgia always has one of those nasty hamstring injuries happen to an important player in fall camp that doesn't sideline him but clearly hampers him throughout the season.
Go Dawgs, Sic'm (and drink water)!
