Chaney is our weak link and could cost us again this year.


He is not creative, he does not design routes to take advantage of our backs or to put our receivers in a position to catch the ball, he does not adapt well, he sticks with his game plan no matter what the D might be giving him, he lacks strategic play calling,....

He is a liability. So far.

I did not see one hitch and go, nothing imaginative in the 10-20 yd blos, few flares, no screens with the exception of one pseudo screen to the right....

And, for whatever reason, he loves dive plays into the 1 or 2 holes,..... And his formations are tied to a given run or pass play. What the hell is up with running out of the 2 TE, one split out, and one back? WTH? It is rarely anything but a run inside from that formation. They load the box when they see it.

And did any of our guards pull on a sweep. Oh, that's right... We only ran 1 that I saw.
