OT: Does the Redcoat Band put on the most boring halftime show in the land?

I think that this is about the 5th year in a row where the band's halftime show honors the best jazz flutist in Madrid, Spain in the late 1950's or something equally exciting.

What ever happened to the party vibe of the 70's and 80's? James Brown and Led Zeppelin riffs, etc?
