Not to say that he won't be, but the fact is that he's a freshman and played like one. Eason's year of experience is huge and the position is hurting from lack of experience, regardless of what name is on the jersey. Which brings us to Cheney. I'm not invested in him but I do have eyes and recognize that last year he had a freshman QB, the worst OL in SEC history that made two great backs look pedestrian and poor WR's that couldn't catch or block. So now he has a freshman QB, 3 new starters on a bad OL, two of whom couldn't beat out the aforementioned terrible linemen and one is a true freshman and still WR's that, as a group, are inconsistent at best. Show me any OC that will shine when your players can't run or pass.
